Balance does not always come in a way that seems conventional sometimes it is birthed out of a place of chaos and confusion. Sometimes the darkness is where we are to find the greatest parts of ourselves. Each part of our human experience is beneficial & working together in a magnificient way. Every experience is bringing us closer to an even greater understanding of self.

Let us release what no longer works.

Change directions when shown a more efficient way.

To embrace innovativion AND tradition, is the answer.

For surely the revolution will not be televised, but has been documented and will continue to be.

Think back... remember your childhood and dreams of becoming the greatest version of yourself. Reflect on the times you were fearless, can you tap back into that place within, and apply what you have learned?

As we get back to nature, we will regain our balance. As we get back to wholeness, we will heal our deficiency. As we get back to love we will cast out all fear. For the healing we seek is not far off, but in fact right in center.

I know you. I see you. Being so committed and relentless at doing so much! You've worked so hard and smart and quite often sacrificed fun times in order to be a "responsible, mature and rational" adult.

You have paid the cost, whether it be via thousands of dollars worth of college debt or years spent working your way up the corporate ladder in an unfulfilling work environments.

You have missed parties and events all in the name of working overtime. You have invested in books, cds, retreats and consultations in an attempt to "become better" and to figure out the "secret" to sucess.

Some of have "fired your boss" and became a freelancer or entrepreneur. Having tasted the beginning of finaincial freedom, yet in need of a solution to the imbalance you still feel. You work for Self, but find your life in ways limited even greater now due to less time but more overhead. You are not alone. You are not at all failing. I get you too and you are beautiful!

You, "Starving Artist" sitting on an arsenal of content. As a Writer you are full of words though writer's block steadily antagonizes your efforts. As a Musician, you make beautiful music but have yet to find the right voice, the right band, the right niche to propel yourr effort.

You are all greatness wrapped up in human form and though it may not seem evident in this moment, I see much more than potential. I see a story.

It is not as much about what you have been doing, as much as it is about what you have been becoming. Every effort, no matter how big or small has created a great ripple effect and your seeds will sprout in due time. This is nature. This is why there is no need for regret, only observance of the lessons so that you may in the now BE more of who you are. For your are PERFECTION in connction to it all. Remember.

I have had many failed attempts at trying to somehow force things...Or resenting the present moment, instead of standing firm in the now with full trust in the future. Choosing instead to actually look at right now as perfect, for from this moment I CoCreate the experiences I need to manifest my dream reality... There is no race against time. There is no ending.... There is only right now and we have plenty. REMEMBER: this is YOUR dream. You cowrote this script. Everyone else is cowriting with you and you are in constant development. Rushing the process of evolution has never really worked yet, has it? So why not just flow with it this time. Why not just simply BE?

I am a Personal Development Artist. Everything I create is with the intention to heal myself as I inspire others to do the same.

I could say a lot about the Great Universal Helen Marie, yet the older I get the more I appreciate and desire simplicity laced with endless creativity, of course. If I had to describe this genius soul I would use this sentence: "what happens in Helen's living room happens in the world." What I mean by this sentence is Helen has a rare ability to bring out the gifts within others also operating in her gifts SO strongly, purely, and naturally that she almost seems like a walking movie. These are called "
Alchemies"

Each bottle handcrafted by Nirvana Eleven and upcycled using Magazine Clippings. These bottles have multiple uses and can be used in all sorts of ways! Our favorite so far are:

"Affirmations"- write down positive thoughts on strips of paper and place in bottle. Write the affirmations as they come to you and whenever you have a moment where you start to forget what matters most, take a pull!

"Prayer Bottle" - write the names and prayer requests of your loved ones on strips of paper and place in bottle. Whenever you see the bottle, may it be a reminder to quietly say a prayer and lift your loved ones up In love.

"Fear bottle"- write down your fears and place in bottle. Make it a habit to pull strips and face whatever fear you pull out. Great tool for handling fear based thinking and decisions.

"Gratitude" everytime you are grateful for something, write it down on a strip of paper and place inside bottle. When you start feeling ungrateful or forsaken, reach within.

"Change" bottle - places extra change in the bottle. Once full. Give the bottle away to a person in need.

"Pamper Bottle" fill with dollar bills. Once full. Take the full amount and spend on yourself for a pampering session.

"Friend bottle" -fill bottle with dollar bills and when filled. Treat a friend you haven't seen in a while to a meal/drinks/outing etc.

"Flower Bottle" - fresh flowers go great in these bottles that double as perfect floral vases.

"Pen Bottle" - the shorter bottles are a great holder for pens/pencils/paintbrushes etc.

"Vision Bottle" -A great visual for manifestation with images and words focused on success.

"Twin Bottles" Made for couples. Write your loved one messages and love notes. then exchange the bottles
